Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
- Ensure the cleanliness, orderliness, and hospitality standards of guest rooms, suites, and public areas.
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel amenities, directions, and local attractions promptly.
- Process payments accurately and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, welcoming attitude.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
