Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures and provide information about local attractions.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby, corridors, and public areas.
- Perform light housekeeping duties in guest rooms as directed.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Handle luggage and assist with special requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver's license (for shuttle or errand duties).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to hotel operations quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
