Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming first and last impression.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, front desk area, and public spaces.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist guests with luggage, directions, and local recommendations.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
- Uphold all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not strictly required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A positive, friendly attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
