Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to hotel guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- Assist with front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management
- Maintain cleanliness and order in guest rooms and common areas
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service teams
- Operate hotel systems including POS software and communication tools
