Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest recommendations for dining, entertainment, and local attractions
- Manage reservation systems and coordinate transportation arrangements
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams for seamless service
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel amenities and city events
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest preference records
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel or high-end concierge experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid California Food Handler certification preferred
- Proficiency with Opera or similar property management systems
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Fluent in English; multilingual skills a significant plus
