Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and the front desk.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a focus on exceptional customer service.
- Operate hotel management software to handle reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all guests and staff.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure property standards are met.
- Support front desk operations during peak hours, including handling phone calls and messages.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior hospitality experience required; a positive and eager attitude is essential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse clientele.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs) for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus, but not mandatory.
