Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests entering the hotel lobby.
- Guest Assistance: Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding services, amenities, and local directions promptly.
- Maintenance Support: Assist with basic maintenance tasks, cleaning common areas, and ensuring the facility meets high cleanliness standards.
- Front Desk Support: Help with check-in/check-out processes and manage guest requests efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the housekeeping and culinary teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Problem Resolution: Address minor guest concerns and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
Qualifications
