- Support front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and answering phone calls.
- Collaborate with the culinary and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior experience in the hospitality industry is necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy (typing and navigating software) is a plus but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
