Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Guest Assistance: Respond to inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and services in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Check-In/Out: Assist guests with the check-in and check-out process, including handling payments and processing reservations.
- Front Desk Support: Answer incoming phone calls, manage email correspondence, and distribute messages to guests and staff.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Communicate room status updates to housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready promptly.
- Event Support: Assist with setting up and managing events or conferences within the hotel premises as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: Minimum educational requirement.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Flexibility: Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic knowledge of computer systems and POS software.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
