Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service with personalized attention and problem-solving
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using PMS systems
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas exceeding brand standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments seamlessly
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate records
- Uphold safety protocols and emergency response procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Cloudbeds, etc.)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Physical stamina for standing/walking 8+ hours
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
