Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the lobby, lounge, and public areas.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist in managing room inventory and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
