Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service through check-in, check-out, and concierge duties
- Maintain cleanliness and order in public areas and guest rooms
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately

- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly

Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
