Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in, check-out, and throughout guest stays
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests efficiently
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain high standards
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and manage billing inquiries
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of front desk and common areas
- Assist with event setup and special guest requests
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license (if applicable for role)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
