- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist in coordinating room service orders and housekeeping requests.
- Handle guest complaints or issues professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure facility readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or the hotel industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with computers and hotel management systems is an advantage.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
