Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression and professional demeanor.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, public areas, and common spaces to meet high aesthetic standards.
- Assist in coordinating housekeeping schedules and ensuring guest rooms are prepared promptly.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests professionally and escalate complex issues to management immediately.
- Process payments and verify billing information using our property management system.
- Collaborate with the culinary and maintenance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or hotel operations is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Proficiency with computers and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
