Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage hotel reservations and room assignments using property management software.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails professionally to address guest inquiries.
- Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately.
- Assist guests with directions, recommendations, and general hotel information.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; a degree in Hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
