Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, lobby, or housekeeping areas
- Process check-ins/check-outs accurately using our hotel management system
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public spaces and guest rooms
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless hotel operations
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
- Assist with luggage, valet services, and special guest requests
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide paid training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
