- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, valet, or concierge stations
- Maintain pristine room standards through detailed housekeeping protocols
- Assist with guest inquiries, check-ins/check-outs, and reservation management
- Collaborate with dining team to ensure seamless restaurant operations
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards across all public areas
- Process payments and manage cash drawer with precision
- Participate in cross-departmental training for versatility
Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
