Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service through attentive check-in/check-out assistance
- Assist with housekeeping, room preparation, and facility maintenance
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout public areas

Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required – we train everyone!
- Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
- Valid Ohio driver's license (if driving company vehicle)
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
