Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests and resolve inquiries regarding amenities and local attractions with a smile.
- Room & Public Area Maintenance: Ensure guest rooms and lobby areas are impeccably clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
- Operational Support: Assist with check-in and check-out processes, manage room keys, and handle incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Shift Operations: Adhere to scheduled shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Service Delivery: Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow staff members to maintain high standards of service and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: No prior hospitality experience required. We value attitude over experience.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work various shifts, including overnights, weekends, and holidays.
