Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest assistance at front desk, concierge, or housekeeping stations
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using hotel management systems
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas per brand standards
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required – we train all team members!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems

- Valid Florida driver's license (if driving shuttle services)
