- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and special requests.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with empathy and escalate them to management when necessary.
- Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed during check-in and check-out procedures.
Qualifications
