Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas, ensuring all brand standards are met.
- Make beds, change linens, and organize furniture to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, soap, and coffee supplies in guest rooms.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to the Engineering and Housekeeping Management teams immediately.
- Respond to guest requests and special instructions with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and storage areas.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and chemical handling procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus but not required; training is provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established cleaning procedures.
- Reliable transportation and a clean background check.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
