Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized service at the front desk and common areas
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management systems
- Assist with guest inquiries, requests, and issue resolution with a warm, professional demeanor
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to cleanliness and safety protocols
- Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately
- Participate in daily briefings and ongoing training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years of hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
