Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly to ensure seamless communication.
- Process payments and manage cash transactions with strict accuracy.
- Help guests with luggage and provide local area information and recommendations.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction and timely room turnovers.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—we will train you!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude is essential.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
