Responsibilities

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, front desk, and public areas.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Support housekeeping and maintenance staff as needed to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily receipts with precision.
- Adhere to all safety, security, and health regulations at all times.
Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting moderate weights.
