Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in, check-out, and during guest inquiries
- Assist with housekeeping duties including room cleaning and public area maintenance
- Operate hotel systems including reservation software and payment processing
- Coordinate with departments (housekeeping, maintenance, F&B) to ensure seamless operations
- Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby, reception areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Participate in daily briefings and team meetings
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required – we train all new hires!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
- Reliable transportation to work (downtown location)
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
