Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, valet, and concierge stations
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures using hotel management systems
- Coordinate housekeeping requests and maintenance issues
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Maintain clean, organized public areas and amenities
- Collaborate with dining and event teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - full training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
