Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming and memorable stay.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management.
- Maintain a pristine lobby and common areas to uphold our high standards of cleanliness.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and professionally.
- Process payments accurately and maintain accurate cash and credit records.
- Assist in coordinating housekeeping services and room preparation.
- Collaborate with kitchen and maintenance staff to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with property management systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 25 lbs).
