Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in, check-out, and during guest interactions
- Manage room assignments and coordinate with housekeeping for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Process payments and manage financial transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby, reception areas, and common spaces
- Collaborate with concierge and dining teams to enhance guest experiences
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and point-of-sale systems knowledge
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California driver's license (if driving shuttle service)

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
