Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service through personalized interactions and anticipatory problem-solving
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate reservation systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless room turnover
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly with professionalism
- Uphold brand standards across all guest touchpoints, from lobby to dining areas
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams during peak seasons and special events
- Maintain strict confidentiality of guest information and hotel operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Columbus attractions and local amenities
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
