Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, or food & beverage areas

- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using hotel management systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours

- Complete daily shift reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability for rotating shifts (days/nights/weekends)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy
- Valid work authorization
- Must pass background check
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
