Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in guest rooms and public areas
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures and manage reservation systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak shifts and events
- Address guest inquiries promptly and resolve service issues professionally
- Adhere strictly to hotel security and emergency protocols
- Complete daily shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability for day/night/weekend shifts required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer literacy and POS system experience
- Valid Illinois hospitality/serving certification (if applicable)
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
