Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and check them in/out efficiently to ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces to meet our high hygiene standards.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist with room service orders and coordinate with the kitchen and housekeeping teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments securely at the front desk.
- Support special events and banquets as needed, ensuring all logistical requirements are met.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
