Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and the hotel lobby to high standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Operate hotel property management systems to manage reservations and update guest information accurately.
- Assist in coordinating daily housekeeping tasks and laundry services to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure a cohesive guest experience.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- No prior experience necessary—we value attitude and work ethic over past history.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
