Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in, check-out, and throughout guest stays
- Manage room assignments and coordinate with housekeeping for optimal turnover
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly using hotel systems
- Process payments accurately and maintain secure cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with food & beverage team for seamless guest experiences
- Monitor security protocols and ensure guest safety standards
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours
- Basic knowledge of PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Valid Texas driver's license (for valet positions)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Fluency in English; Spanish a plus
