Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service in front desk, housekeeping, or food & beverage roles
- Maintain cleanliness and operational standards across guest areas
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using hotel management systems
- Collaborate with cross-department teams to ensure seamless operations
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Support daily inventory management and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid New York State work authorization required
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification a plus for F&B roles
