Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in/out and throughout guest stays
- Perform daily room cleaning and maintenance to 5-star standards
- Operate POS systems for food/beverage transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Uphold safety and hygiene protocols in all guest areas
- Assist with event setup and guest requests
- Maintain accurate shift logs and incident reports
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel/hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and POS experience
- Valid state ID and work authorization
- Customer service certification a plus
