Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through check-in/out procedures and concierge support
- Maintain immaculate room standards through detailed housekeeping operations
- Process reservations and manage front desk systems efficiently
- Coordinate with maintenance and food service teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism

Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Basic computer literacy and point-of-sale system knowledge
- Valid California driver's license (for some positions)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
