Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at front desk, including check-ins/check-outs and reservation management
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and room preparation procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy
- Operate property management systems and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards throughout guest areas
- Support event setup and guest amenities for special occasions
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if transporting guests)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Spanish language skills a plus for bilingual service
