Responsibilities
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitization of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Greet guests with a warm, welcoming smile and assist with inquiries regarding hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Stock linen, amenities, and supplies in guest rooms and public spaces as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages for guests in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and pushing heavy carts.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a pristine environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
