Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, visitors, and clients entering the facility.
- Reception Support: Manage the main reception desk, answer multi-line phones, and direct incoming calls efficiently.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle mail, packages, and couriers with care; manage the reception area to ensure it is always neat and organized.
- Cash Handling: Process incoming payments for services or merchandise accurately and maintain daily cash reports.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and any special requests to ensure a memorable stay.
- Schedule Management: Assist in managing the front desk schedule and coordinate with other departments to ensure coverage during shift changes.
- Security Compliance: Monitor building access and adhere to all safety and security protocols strictly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or Guest Services representative is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and grooming standards are mandatory.
- Reliability: Ability to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
