Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, and concierge
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and professionalism
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas exceeding hygiene standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Process payments and manage billing transactions accurately
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and POS system experience
- Valid Florida driver's license (if driving required for position)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
- Must pass background check and drug screening
