Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized interactions and prompt issue resolution
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management systems
- Maintain cleanliness and operational standards in guest rooms and public areas
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service departments
- Handle guest inquiries and provide local recommendations
- Assist with inventory management and supply replenishment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid New York State work permit if applicable
- High school diploma or equivalent required
