Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, concierge, or housekeeping roles
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures using PMS systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness standards across guest rooms and public areas
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and manage billing transactions
- Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (evenings/weekends)
- Basic computer literacy and PMS knowledge
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Valid California driver's license (if valet position)
- Food Handler's Certificate (for food service roles)
