Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and resolve guest inquiries efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in guest rooms and public areas
- Coordinate with team members during shift transitions for seamless operations
- Process payments, manage reservations, and operate hotel management systems
- Assist with event setup and guest requests during peak seasons
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Valid California driver's license (if required for position duties)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must pass background check and drug screening
