Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and register hotel guests with exceptional customer service
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using our property management system
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve concerns promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest needs
