Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently process guest check-ins, check-outs, and room reservations using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls, manage email inquiries, and relay messages accurately to staff.
- Lobby Management: Maintain a tidy and welcoming lobby area, including coffee station and waiting area.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
- Information Dissemination: Provide guests with local information, directions, and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous front desk or customer service experience is preferred but not required for entry-level applicants.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Technology: Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Professionalism: Ability to work independently while being a team player.
