Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at the front desk, including check-in/check-out procedures
- Assist with housekeeping duties including room cleaning and public area maintenanceHandle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Operate hotel systems (POS, reservation software) with training provided
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
