Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out and throughout the property
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a positive attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and order in public areas (lobbies, pools, fitness centers)
- Assist with basic housekeeping tasks and room preparation as needed
- Operate hotel systems (POS, reservation software) with training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
